Here at Pastitsio, our meals start in the garden and market. We choose the freshest
ingredients for our seasonal menu. We use olive oil, whole cheeses and fresh meats,
vegetables and herbs, as well as making our own sauces, rubs, marinades and dressings.
We are also committed to our local farmers, and always try to find local sources
