A Greek dinning experience with an emphasis on local ingredients that are indigenous to Western PA.

Here at Pastitsio, our meals start in the garden and market. We choose the freshest ingredients for our seasonal menu. We use olive oil, whole cheeses and fresh meats, vegetables and herbs, as well as making our own sauces, rubs, marinades and dressings. We are also committed to our local farmers, and always try to find local sources for our ingredients. We get our lamb from Jamison farm and our beef from Crawford county, and we are always traveling to the cities finest farmers markets for local produce.
